Attorney Lance Kennedy joined a team of Central Texas lawyers and judges this past November for "Freaky Friday: What Boomers and Zoomers Can Teach Each Other," a presentation delivered to the Robert W. Calvert American Inn of Court in Austin, Texas.
The Inn is known for hosting creative, theatrical Continuing Legal Education programs that turn serious legal topics into memorable, engaging discussions for its members.
A Program on Generational Communication in the Legal Profession
The presentation examined how lawyers from different generations communicate, adapt to evolving legal standards, and handle the pressures of real-world practice.
Rather than leaning on generational stereotypes, the team worked to identify the common ground shared by lawyers across every stage of their careers, including similar client service standards, ethical obligations, and professional pressures that don't change much from one generation to the next.
