The goal of a defense is to make the charge go away when the facts and the law allow it, not just to negotiate a softer plea. We track our outcomes, and dismissals are a meaningful share of the cases we close.

Winning your case is only half the job. An arrest record follows you into every job application, lease, and background check until it is cleared. When your case ends in a way that makes you eligible, we file to clear your record, expunction or nondisclosure, at no additional attorney fee beyond the court's filing costs. Most firms treat record clearing as a separate matter and a separate bill, months or years later. We build it into the representation.
